Incorporated in 2015 ICDI Pacific Co. Limited is a Hong Kong based international investment bank-boutique with the UK Branch based in London. As affiliate of Northstar Capital Advisors, the member of Mergers Alliance International Partnership, it has the local presence in 30 countries worldwide.

Identifies structures and executes diverse and innovative transactions for the clients. Specializing in advising Chinese corporations and funds seeking investment opportunities or partnerships in the UK and European markets as well as advising the local clients on various financial strategies to either grow their business, find partners, raise capital, prepare for an IPO or divest.

Established as Apax Partners CIS Moscow Representative Office

2000

Corporate finance functions separated from Apax, renamed as Altium Capital

Renamed to Northstar Corporate Finance, a daughter company of HSH Corporate Finance and member of HSH Nordbank a leading Northern European commercial bank

2006

NorthStar CF established, registered in Russia

NorthStar’s management conducted an MBO to acquire 100% of NorthStar

Northstar established a new office in Stuttgart, Germany

IGOR VAKHONIN

PARTNER, CO-FOUNDER

Commercial and financial professional, with over 20 years of investment experience in international cross-border transactions, in both the public and private sectors. His background includes investment, planning and organizational activities in telecommunications, aviation, petrochemical, mining, energy and banking sectors and he has extensive experience in debt re-organization. He was formerly the Deputy Chairman of the Bank and Managing Director of its investment banking business. He is experienced in structuring transactions, fundraising and is well-connected with investment houses, banks, family offices and funds in the UK, Europe and South-East Asia. Graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute.

ELENA MARCHUK

PARTNER, CO-FOUNDER

Experience in the financial industry for over 15 years. Elena supervises numerous projects related to portfolioand direct investment management. As financial advisor Mrs. Trofimova has been participating in the structuring of major projects, attracting institutional investors to finance projects and has working experience with investment funds in Russia, Europe, South-East Asia. Mrs. Trofimova has been working for morethan 10 years in the Russian stock market and combines her responsibilitieswith the position of the President of Asset Management company "Ricom-Trust". Mrs. Trofimova is a holder of certificates of the Federal Service for Financial Markets to carry out trust management, brokerage, management of private pension funds and investment funds.

LIZA PERSHINA

DIRECTOR

6 years of work in Hong Kong focusing on the emerging private equity. There she was mainly involved in transactions in the financial, technology, sustainability and agriculture sectors with sell-side mandates in the range of USD 10 to 200 million. Since 2013 Liza has built a profound network to Asian Private Equity and Venture Capital funds as well as to debt, equity and mezzanine financing partners.

ELENA VAKHONINA

REPRESENTATIVE IN THE UK & EUROPE

Elena joined ICDI Pacific Co. Ltd from the very beginning in December 2015 as a key person for the company’s business development in the territory of the UK and Europe. She is responsible for the new clients’ attraction and maintaining relationships with current ones. Elena’s key accounts were Merchant Banks and Investment Groups. Elena’s professional experience focused on client service and market research at ICDI Pacific as well as at leading worldwide communication groups WPP, Havas Media and Dentsu/Aegis Media. Elena has a degree in Econimics from the Moscow State University of Lomonosov.
